49 New LTE Markets for First Half of 2011 Named by Verizon

Verizon promised their LTE network would blanket the entirety of their current 3G network by 2013, and today’s announcement that they’re lighting up nearly 50 new markets in the next 6 months is another big step toward fulfilling that goal. (For the record, they committed to 140 markets by the end of this year, so we should be seeing just over 50 more for the latter portion of 2011.)
