Recently Acquired Rack mount Server

The other day I bought a HP ProLiant DL380 G3 used. So far ive just been messing around with it. I was trying to get Ubuntu Server on it. Wouldn’t detect the 3 SCSI Drives. So I tried SUSE, RedHat, Soliaris… Nothing detected the drives. Then I tried Windows Server 2003, and after running a
