It's Official: Motorola Droid RAZR Now Available from Verizon Wireless

The slimmest Android-powered smartphone on planet earth is now available from Verizon Wireless! While not shipping with Ice Cream Sandwich on board, the RAZR will be among the first to receive Android's newest operating system. If that isn't enough to convince you to buy it, here's a little specs refresher:

The RAZR will be shipping with a 4.3-inch 960x540 Super AMOLED qHD display, 1.2 GHz TI OMAP4430 dual-core processor (same as the Galaxy Nexus), an 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP up front, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and LTE-optimized hardware on board.
