Seidio Extended Battery For Droid

Ever since I bought the�Seidio 3.7v Li-ion Polymer Extended Battery for my Moto Droid, Ive been having the issue where I get the life out of the battery (A Good three days), but the Battery Readout is always wrong. For example, It will drain to 5% but stay at 5% for the next 2 days.
