Motorola Droid 3 benchmarks appear, with OMAP 4 processor & Gingerbread

Physical keyboard lovers are probably very excited about getting some dual-core love from the Motorola Droid 3. As we have previously reported, the next successor to one of Android’s most famous devices (Motorola Droid) is probably coming by Q3 2011, and the other Droid successors are already starting to show up, beginning with the HTC Droid Incredible 2. Rumored specs included a 1 GHz dual-core OMAP 4 Texas Instruments processor, a 4-inch qHD display, rear and front-facing cameras, as well as the typical slide-out keyboard that this family tree features.
